FOUNDER
His passion for wine led him to establish Roessler Cellars Winery in Sonoma, California in 2000, where he produced award winning Pinot Noir for the past two decades. Post Covid he made the decision to enter the next chapter of his life in Vietnam. He currently resides in HoiAn where he focuses on the Opal Moon! He fondly refers to his latest project as the restaurant of his dreams! The OM blends global ingredients with locally sourced produce, meats and seafood, in a casual yet upscale environment on the banks of the Thu Bon River. Delivering exceptional dining experiences has been his life long passion for over 6 decades.
